You Deserve Pleasure, Connection & Fulfilment in your life

Born and raised in Germany and now based in London, I draw on over 25 years of bodywork experience and a decade of coaching as a trauma-informed sexological practitioner. With a background as a licensed pharmacist and a Master’s in Public Health, I retrained in Somatic Sex Education and Sexological Bodywork, transitioning into my role as a Somatic Sex Coach.

My approach blends science, somatic practices, mindfulness, and hands-on coaching to create a safe space where individuals and couples can explore intimacy and pleasure to thrive in love and life.

Having succeeded in two distinct careers, I’ve defied stereotypes to create a life that reflects my true self, and I am passionate about helping others do the same.

Hi, I'm Stella Anna Sonnenbaum

What is Sexological Bodywork & Somatic Sexology? Reconnect with your body, release shame, and expand your capacity for intimacy & pleasure

Sexological Bodywork® is a body-based, client-led practice that helps individuals and couples explore intimacy, reconnect with their bodies, and expand their capacity for pleasure. Unlike traditional talk therapy, it integrates somatic techniques like breathwork, touch, and movement to create meaningful shifts in how you experience connection and embodiment. Established as a profession in 2003 by Joseph Kramer, it is grounded in safety, consent, and the belief that sexual health and education are fundamental human rights.

Somatic Sexology, on the other hand,  bridges the study of human sexuality with body-focused practices to help release shame, deepen self-awareness, and foster intimacy. By working with physical sensations, emotions, and patterns stored in the body, this approach empowers you to experience greater pleasure and connection—both with yourself and others.

I am a registered member of The Association of Somatic & Integrative Sexologists and the Association of Certified Sexological Bodyworkers, and adhere to their strict codes of ethics and conduct.
