- If you purchase a package within three days of your first session, the cost of that session will be deducted from the package price (£230 for a 1-hour virtual session or £345 for a 1.5-hour session).
- Packages must be completed within 6 months from the date of purchase unless agreed otherwise.
- Virtual sessions can be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
- Package payments are non-refundable but may be exchanged once for another package of similar value.

- If you purchase a package within three days of your first session, the cost of that session will be deducted from the package price (£320 for a 2-hour starter session or £210 for a 3-hour session).
- Packages must be completed within 1.5 months from the date of purchase unless agreed otherwise.
- All in-person sessions must be at least 2 hours long.
- Sessions can be rescheduled once with at least 72 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
- A £50 deposit is required for the initial in-person session, which is non-refundable but can be rescheduled once with 72 hours’ notice.
- Package payments are non-refundable but may be exchanged once for another package of similar value.
